If you want to try to fix it, turn off system restore, delete all current restore points and then reboot and turn it back on. The BIOS has the IDE EMULATION feature. I disabled System Restore to do an antivirus scan, later tried to re-enable it but couldn't, and the fix worked. I can "RightClick" on a pic and cit that way.
