Other option: Put your HDD in another pc, boot straight to safe mode, copy the files over, go: right click on my computer - manage - right click on your drive I chased this dragon with spybot s&d, but that did no good on its own… this virus puts it's hooks into IE as a BHO and explorer as an extention - There may be some other infected files instead of this one on your computer. If you are not sure, first of all I suggest you to use our free scanner which will show you the names of files you have to unregister.

To fix my external drive, I used dd_rescue to make an image first. My virus registry says to load this program on boot up.
