Its still keep showing that it has blocked access to some site as there were potentially malicious. When it has finished it will display a list of all the malware that the program found as shown in the image below. Please do so and then click on the OK button. Malwarebytes finds HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\fsharproj and calls it Trojan.BHO.
